    Points to be discussed in the Initial Training Meeting’s


1.        Pick up names from his guest list and demonstrate him the ways to invite his guests to both the venue meeting and paper presentation.
2.        Explain him what a Follow-Up is.
3.        Explain him how to behave in a venue meeting, how to arrange a paper presentation or a follow-up and how to react while the follow up or a paper presentation is going on.
4.        Explain him the importance of making gravity and how to make it.
5.        How to invite in the venue meetings, advance payment of passes, being on time at the venue, being regular at venue and other venue ethics.
6.        The Why Card: This is the most important of all. Ask him to sit alone to think and write what he wants in life? and why he wants it? And can eBIZ give him all that in future? Make him answer all these 3 questions to himself. Tell him to write down all the exact reasons that why is he in eBIZ. Tell him that this why card can be private i.e. there is no compulsion to show it to anyone else.
7.        PMF Card: Ask him to prepare this card.

Basic Training


Good Morning eBIZers,
Basic training should be done immediately after the
 registration of your guest. It may be done either in cyber cafe or anywhere else and it must be done by his sponser or sponser’s sponser. In this basic training you must include the following details:
·         Make sure that the guest makes his own draft. Do not accept cash. Do not make draft on his behalf. Only in genuine cases, let the associate whose guest he is accept cash and make the draft.
·         Make sure that the registration is done in front of the guest. You MUST consult your silver or senior upline where to link the entry. Courier the draft immediately after taking his signature on the invoice. ·         Discuss the business plan with him again and clarify all the doubts such as the 2:1 ratio, renewal and clarify the duration in which he will receive the cheque after the criteria is fulfilled.
·         In the next within 24 hrs the following points are to be discussed:--

6.       Dress :-  White shirt, formal pants ,a pair of black shoes,a nice tie. You need to be professional. Aap business to kar rahe ho businessman lagane to chahiye. Kabhi kisi company ke CEO ko jeans t-shirt me dekha hai……… hamesha formal look me dekha hoga. Aap samne wale ko 24 lakh dene rahe ho aapke look se lagna chahiye ki aap 24 lakh kama sakoge. Aap gandi si shirt pehne ho, patli si tie lagaye ho, kekade ya bichchu vali belt bandhe ho to aapko lagta hai ki samne vala banda join karega.
Halaki system accha hai join karne ke liye lekin phir bhi banda system ko nahi aapko join karta hai.Sasti si dress ke kaaran aap lakhon ka business kho sakte ho.  Aap mandir jaate ho, kitni bhi jaldi ho joote- chappal pahan kar andar nahi jate ho,usi tarah se yaha bhi aapko dress pahan kar aana hai.

S – specific :- aap jo kuchh bhi lena chahte hain use specify karein. for example aapne shirt likhi….ab shirt 200 ki bhi aati hai….2000 ki bhi aati hai….aap kaunsi lena chahte hain….specify kariye kis brand ki lenge….mobile lena chahte hain to kaunsa lenge.
M – measurable :- kuchh log bolte hain ki “main apne maa baap ko bahut sari khushiyaan dena chahta hun”….unhe yahi nahi pataa hota hai ki wo akhir karna kya chahte hain ?.....ya main ‘bahut sara‘ paisa kamaana chahta hun…..aap mention karo ki kitna paisa kamaana chahte ho.
A – achievable :- dream list me aap wo likho jo aap achieve kar sakte ho….aisa nahi ki aapne likh diya ki main 6 mahine me Mercedes kharid lunga….its’ not possible.aap 6 month me wahi likho jo paa sakte ho.
R – realistic :- dream list spiritual (aadhyatmik) nahi honi chahiye…realistic honi chahiye.
T – time bound :- sabse important….har cheej k saath date likho ki aap is cheej ko kab tak pana chahte ho…..agar aap 10 din ya 15 din likhte ho to wo aaj bhi 10 ya 15 din hote hain kal bhi rahte hain…10 – 15 din baad bhi 15 din he hote hain.agar aap date likhte ho to lagta hai ki ek din aaj kam ho gaya .
       
·         target :- aap apne liye target decide karo ki kab tak aapko qualify hona hai…ya kab tak 1st cheque banvana hai…..1st cycle kab tak achieve karna hai.target ko na keval diary me note karo balki uske according kaam bhi karo.
·         fear list :- har admi k andar kuchh na kuchh darr rahte hain jaise rejection ka dar,system ko follow karne ka dar, stage par bolne ka dar, bada sochnae ka dar, strangers se baat karne ka dar.
Apne dar ko sabse pahle diary me note karo…fir use dur karo. “activity cures fear”…jis cheej ka dar ho use kar dalo.is dar se jitna darenge business se utna dur ho jayenge.


8.       Condition for renewal :- aapko 1 year me 3 courses online quiz ke through clear karne hote hain.aap koi bhi course clear kar sakte ho. 1 saal me aapko 2 students ko 1st  package (free ebiz educational package) ke liye register karna hota hai…1st within 6 months and 2nd within 12 months..else aapki sales washout ho sakti hai, aur unko kam se kam 1 – 1 course clear karaana hota hai. Aap kisi ko bhi register kar sakte ho…jaise driver, servant ya brother, sister..…

9.       Compensation:- Explain partial and full compensation suggesting to go for the full triangle at the start. Examples- Siddharth Vikram Singh ji ,nikhil pratap singh ji and  all of ur uplines have their Family seats.

10.   Don’t give half knowledge :- “half knowledge is always dangerous.” Jab tak aap sabhi cheezon ko theek se seekh nahi jaate ho tab tak aap apne friends ko keval invite karo plan [complete presentation +complete follow up] aapki upline de degi. Kisi ko bhi aap apne aap se na batane lag jao…kyunki ho sakta hai ki aap puri baat sahi se na bata pao aur aapka friend aane se hi manaa kar deInitially you just need to focus on learning invitation and doubt clearing.

11.   Take feedback of guest :- aap jis bhi guest ka plan karaane jaa rahe ho uske bare me puri details (guest ka college, wahaan ka HR kaisa hai?, guest kis type ka hai…materialistic ya kuchh aur, uska family background, jyada padhai oriented hai, whats his plan in near future ….etc) pata kar ke rakho taaki jab upline puchhe to aap bataa sako. Kyunki jab detail pataa hongi to guest par upline jyada achhe se kaam kar payegi.

12.   Always fill up the INFORMATION FORM from ur guest at d time of presentation, and also provide him the COMPUTER COURSES LIST.

13.   Proper venue of presentation :- Plan karaane ke liye hamesha apne venue ko hi priority de aur ye dekh le ki baithne ki sahi vyavastha hai ya nahi. Hamesha logo ko 10 minute pehle ka time bataye taaki koi late na ho. Agar board plan hai to white board, marker, duster rakhe ho….paper plan ho to paper aur pen ho. Sabhi logo ko board dikhna chahiye. Plan ke beech me koi aane jaane vala na ho. Agar majboori me guest ke venue par plan dena pade to pahle venue ki puri jaankaari kar le….summary is that….plan should be carried out in total disturbance free atmosphere.

14.   Propogation of msg  in downline :- “VENUE MEETING”, “LEARN & EARN PRESENTATION”, ka matlab hai ki wahaan par plan diya jayega…..aap apne guests ko bhi wahaa par lekar jao. “TRAINING MEETING”, “ASSOCIATE MEETING”, “LEADERS MEETING” ka matlab hai ki apko ye bataya jayega ki business hota kaise hai…..business ke basics bataye jayenge…..wahaan keval aapko…..yaani ki associates ko aana hai….guest ko nahi lana hai.Jo bhi massage aapko apki upline bhejti hai aapko use turant [means just within 2-5 min.]apni downline me forward karna hai.eg of chak de.
Aisa karne ka advantage ye hoga ki ….aapki downline ko jyada se jyada time mil jayega, apne guest ko invite karne ke liye…..which [time] really matters when its about the very 1st and basic step of network marketing that is INVITATION.


15.   Hype of upline :-aap agar kisi guest ko upline se milva rahe hain to pahle upline ki hype banaye taaki us bande ko feel to ho ki aapki upline me  aap se kuchh extra hai. Bina hype ke upline se milvane ka koi fayda nahi hai. Unki success ke bare me bataye. Isi tarah naye associate ko bhi milvaane se pahle hype banaye.

A – agar tujhe ek mahine ka 10000/- milne lage to teri life kya hogi ?
G – mast ho jayegi….aish karunga.
A – agar ek mahine ka 20000/- milne lage !!!
G – ( guest aur kuchh bolega )
A – agar ek hafte ka 20000/- milne lage….to soch teri life kaisi hogi !!!!! (with full excitement)
G - ( guest aur kuchh bolega )
A – main tujhe ek aise bande se milvata hun jo ek hafte me 20000/- ( depends on upline ) kamaata hai….age sirf 22 – 23 saal…..soch uski life kya hogi !!!!!

                Agar aapki apni 50 ki bhi contact list ho to 2 log asani se mil jayege. Baaki 48 log kare ya na kare aap par faark nahi padta….ab aapki pahli priority honi chahiye ki aap in 2 logo ki help kare inke 2 – 2 tak pahuchne me. ab agar yahi cheez duplicate hoti hai…..that is in 2 logo ki bhi…..worst case me 50 -50 logo ki hi guest list hai…than also according to the LAW OF AVERAGE ….its impossible that u can’t get 2 conversions if plan is shown to them with some conditions.
18.   Never ever discuss your business with cross group. Kabhi bhi kisi other group ke bande se apne business ke bare me discuss na karein. Agar aapke college me ya apke aas paas koi banda kisi other group ke saath joined hai to apne group ki information use bilkul bhi share mat karo….kyuki ho sakta hai ki wo apki hi information ko use kar ke apka hi loss karaa de. Kuchh log network marketing ki baat aane par khud ko paidayashi marketer samajhne lagte hain….jabki seekhna har cheej k liye padta hai. Yahaa par aapko doctor…engineer jitna to nahi …lekin fir bhi seekhna padta hai. Meeting me aap hamesha time se 5 minute pahle aye….indian time k according nahi…
To be very precise….never ever miss any training meeting without any genuine reason.

3. Upline’s Mobile Number, with their success and achievements ( Numbers till GOLD upline are only to be provided to a new associate.(Exceptions allowed))
4. Copy of Information Form n Computer Courses List for his guests.
